At Profumer, we strive to ensure all products and services meet our quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance materials, custom manufacturing, and hygiene considerations, all sales are generally final unless stated otherwise.

 

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fragrance oils

  • Chemicals, solvents, and fixatives

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom-made, OEM, or ODM orders

  • Products with customised packaging, labels, or branding

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during delivery, or

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos and order details. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.

 

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if approved) are only applicable when:

  • The issue is verified and accepted by Profumer

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The claim is submitted within the specified timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part

 

6. Custom & OEM Orders

All OEM, ODM, and customised orders are strictly non-refundable once production has commenced.
