At Profumer, we strive to ensure all products and services meet our quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance materials, custom manufacturing, and hygiene considerations, all sales are generally final unless stated otherwise.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Fragrance oils
Chemicals, solvents, and fixatives
Opened or used products
Custom-made, OEM, or ODM orders
Products with customised packaging, labels, or branding
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged during delivery, or
Incorrectly supplied
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos and order details. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if approved) are only applicable when:
The issue is verified and accepted by Profumer
The product is unused and in original condition
The claim is submitted within the specified timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part
6. Custom & OEM Orders
All OEM, ODM, and customised orders are strictly non-refundable once production has commenced.
